1. As you hand over the voucher from Langata link, please read this and sign that you agree to the terms.

2. Please note that any and all breakages will have to be paid for on sight.

3. Note that we don’t do laundry.

4. Keep the house tidy, do not leave bottles lying around. Instead, put them in crates or trash them if need be. Keep the compound clean and do not litter.

5. Refrain from dropping cigarette ash on the carpets or wood floors. Ashtrays are available in the main dinning room.

6. Respect the caretakers as they work. If they are kept up until late, their performance will suffer. Tip them well so that they may be encouraged.

7. Do not allow your children to jump or step on beds and sofas.

8. We are happy to receive any feedback. A visitors book has been provided. Please use it.

9. Try to conserve water whenever possible. Mugi’s is situated in an arid zone and so water has to brought in from long distances.

10.Note that this is a big house and water cannot run hot throughout all the piping. Please be patient.

11.No pets are allowed

These rules are intended to provide basic guidelines. Please leave the residence as you would wish to find it. We hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
